The project has been certified as affordable housing program by Shanghai Bureau of Housing Security and Housing Administration and has been listed as the large sized indemnificatory housing project of 2009 Shanghai Major Project. The project, taking about 302,000 square meters, is located in Meilong Town of Minhang District. The planned area of structure reached about 611,000 square meters. The whole project is consisting of high-rise building of 18-33 stories, which will become a large sized comprehensive affordable housing community equipped with facilities of education, medical care and community service.
