Adjoining to the CBD, the Phase I of the project, which is targeting at the white collar customer group of CBD, adds lots of novelty elements in the product design, presenting and emphasizing the sense of fashion and vanguard of the product. The Phase II takes the office as majority, specializing in the design for the dense growth company in the east area. The whole project has been divided into five phases; the most of the project, except for a few parking lots, has been completely developed and sold out.
