Ms. Yang, aged 47, is a vice president of the Company since February 2021. Ms. Yang holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She is an economist. She was the assistant to the president of the Company and Shanghai Urban Development (Holdings) Co., Ltd. She is currently the chairman of the intercity company in Xi’an.
